Jazz F Evans wins Slam Dunk Contest Utah Jazz forward Jeremy Evans won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday during the 2012 All-Star Weekend.Evans received 29 percent of the fan vote to be named champion of the event. It was the first year of total fan voting to decide the winner.Evans dunked with a camera on his head, with two basketballs while jumping over a seated teammate and then donned a Karl Malone jersey while jamming over comedian Kevin Hart.Evans was invited to the event as a replacement for injured New York Knicks guard Iman Shumpert. Timberwolves F Love wins 3-Point Contest Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love defeated Oklahoma City forward Kevin Durant 17-14 in a tiebreaker to win the 2012 Foot Locker 3-Point Shootout during the 2012 NBA All-Star festivities in Orlando, Florida.Love and Durant tied with 16 points apiece in the final to force a tiebreaker. Love shot first and posted a score of 17 in the playoff to put the pressure on Durant. The Thunder forward struggled hitting only two of five 3-point attempts on the second and fourth racks en route to posting a score of 14.Love survived a first-round tiebreaker with Miami's Mario Chalmers to advance earlier in the competition. Spurs G Parkers wins Skills Challenge San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker won the Taco Bell Skills Challenge on Saturday during the 2012 NBA All-Star Weekend in Orlando, Florida.Parker finished the course with a time of 32.8 seconds and only missed one pass in the final round to beat out New Jersey Nets guard Deron Williams and Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo.It was the third time that Parker has participated in the event.The 29-year-old will be coming off the bench for the Western Conference in the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday.
